Bposhtels is excited to offer exchange work volunteer opportunities for free stays and 3 hours of hostel work a day!

Opportunity is available at certain locations and times of the year. Must have fluent English and be at least 21 years old.

The Exchange Work opportunity consists of a mix of customer service, front desk, social activities organizer, light housekeeping, inspections and room setups. Usually from 11am-12pm, 3pm-4pm and late evenings.

The main goal with the exchange work program is to foster intercultural understanding while increasing our guest satisfaction ratings.
